Kocaeli\u2019nin Karam\u00fcrsel il\u00e7esinde 50 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bedensel engelli Muktedir \u00c7apur\u2019un 150 TL paras\u0131 ve 6 paket sigaras\u0131 i\u00e7in 30 kez b\u0131\u00e7aklay\u0131p bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 keserek \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc iddia edilen \u015fah\u0131s adliyeye sevk edildi. Katil zanl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 cezaevinden izin alarak d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n

Karam\u00fcrsel\u2019de d\u00fcn gece saatlerinde engelli arac\u0131nda kuruyemi\u015f satarak ge\u00e7inen 50 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Muktedir \u00c7apur\u2019u bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 keserek \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc iddia edilen \u015fah\u0131s, adliyeye sevk edildi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re D\u00fcn gece saatlerinde Kayac\u0131k Mahallesi Akasya Sokak \u00fczerinde meydana gelen olayda Akasya Sokak \u00fczerindeki bir evde ya\u015fayan ve ge\u00e7imini elektrikli engelli arac\u0131yla kuruyemi\u015f satarak sa\u011flayan bedensel engelli Muktedir \u00c7apur(50), evinin giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ni\u015fan cemiyetinden d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenilen ailesi taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6l\u00fc bulundu. \u00c7apur\u2019un kanlar i\u00e7inde yerde yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren ailesi durumu 112 Acil Yard\u0131m ekiplerine haber verdi. \u0130hbar \u00fczerine olay yerine sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede olay yerine gelen sa\u011fl\u0131k ekiplerine yap\u0131lan incelemede bo\u011faz\u0131nda kesikler olan Muktedir \u00c7apur\u2019un \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

Daha sonra olay yerine gelen polis taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemede ise bo\u011faz\u0131nda birden fazla b\u0131\u00e7ak darbesi oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olabilece\u011finden \u015f\u00fcphelenilen \u00c7apur\u2019un cesedi, otopsi i\u00e7in Bursa Adli T\u0131p Kurumu\u2019na kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Kocaeli Emniyeti Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Cinayet B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi ve Karam\u00fcrsel Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri, olay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi iddia edilen 2 ki\u015finin yakalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131. Yap\u0131lan takip sonras\u0131nda \u00c7apur\u2019u \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc iddia edilen G\u00fcrsel K. (25) adl\u0131 \u015fah\u0131s ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir operasyonla yakaland\u0131.<\/p>\n

150 TL ve 6 paket sigara i\u00e7in engelli \u015fahs\u0131 bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 keserek \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc<\/p>\n

Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne getirilen \u015fahs\u0131n engelli adam\u0131 v\u00fccudunun 30 yerinden b\u0131\u00e7aklay\u0131p bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 kesti\u011fi ve daha sonra 150 Tl paras\u0131n\u0131 ve 6 paket sigaras\u0131n\u0131 gasp etti\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi. Ya\u015fl\u0131 adam\u0131 gasp etmek amac\u0131 ile \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc iddia edilen \u015fah\u0131s, emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan Kocaeli Adliyesi\u2019ne sevk edildi. \u00d6te yandan, cinayet \u015f\u00fcphelisi G\u00fcrsel K.\u2019nin uyu\u015fturucu madde bulundurmak su\u00e7undan tutuklu bulundu\u011fu Kand\u0131ra\u2019daki a\u00e7\u0131k cezaevinden bir hafta izin alarak d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.
