Olay, 21 Ocak tarihinde \u0130stanbul\u2019un Bah\u00e7elievler il\u00e7esinde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re \u0130.C.K. (34) isimli bir vatanda\u015fa ait yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 bin TL de\u011ferindeki bir otomobili \u00e7alan \u015fah\u0131s kay\u0131plara kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ara\u00e7 sahibinin ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine olay yerine gelen polis ekipleri, otomobili \u00e7alan \u015fah\u0131s\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131. \u0130stanbul Emniyeti\u2019nin \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 incelemeler s\u00fcrerken, Kocaeli Emniyeti Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Oto H\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi ekipleri, Kocaeli\u2019nin \u0130zmit il\u00e7esi TEM Otoyolu kand\u0131ra Gi\u015feleri mevki\u2019inde bir otomobili \u015f\u00fcphe \u00fczerine durdurdu.<\/p>\n
Durdurulan otomobil ile ilgili incelemelerde bulunan ekipler, arac\u0131n plakas\u0131n\u0131n ve ruhsat\u0131n sahte oldu\u011funu tespit etti. Ekipler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemelerde arac\u0131n, \u0130.C.K. isimli vatanda\u015fa ait oldu\u011fu oraya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ara\u00e7ta bulunan A.\u00c7.(46) isimli \u015fah\u0131s, olay sonras\u0131nda g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131narak Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne getirildi. \u015eah\u0131s ifadesinde arac\u0131, ismini s\u00f6ylemek istemedi\u011fi bir arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131n Adana\u2019ya g\u00f6t\u00fcrmesi i\u00e7in kendisine verdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi. Emniyette hakk\u0131nda yap\u0131lan incelemede benzer su\u00e7lardan 9 kayd\u0131 bulunan \u015fah\u0131s, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahkemede adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.
