Kocaeli\u2019de d\u00fczenlenen operasyon sonucunda yap\u0131lan aramalarda 70 bin 800 paket ka\u00e7ak sigara ve 649 adet ka\u00e7ak i\u00e7ki ve i\u00e7ki yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan aromalar ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

Kocaeli Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Organize Su\u00e7lar B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan 16 Mart tarihinde il genelinde operasyon d\u00fczenlendi. D\u00fczenlenen operasyonlarda \u0130zmit il\u00e7esi \u0130stanbul istikameti G\u00fcltepe mevkiinde durdurulan bir t\u0131rda arama yap\u0131ld\u0131. Yap\u0131lan aramada 70 bin 800 paket ka\u00e7ak sigara ele ge\u00e7irildi. Ka\u00e7ak Sigara ticareti yapmak su\u00e7undan Y.K. isimli \u015fah\u0131s g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 tarihte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen operasyon kapsam\u0131nda Gebze KOM Grup Amirli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan Dar\u0131ca il\u00e7esinde de operasyon yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130\u015f yerlerinde arama yapan polis ekipleri \u015fark\u00fcteri \u00fcr\u00fcnleri satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen bir i\u015f yerinde arama yapt\u0131. Yap\u0131lan aramada 158 \u015fi\u015fe etil alkol, 19 \u015fi\u015fe g\u00fcmr\u00fck ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7ki, 22 \u015fi\u015fe el yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7ki, 1 \u015fi\u015fe el ya\u011f\u0131m\u0131 etil alkol, 449 adet k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u015fi\u015felerde i\u00e7ki yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan aroma ele ge\u00e7irildi. Toplamda 649 adet ka\u00e7ak i\u00e7ki bulunan d\u00fckkanda \u015f\u00fcpheli \u015fah\u0131s E.A. g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u015fah\u0131slar emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edildi. Mahkemeye \u00e7\u0131kan Y.K. ka\u00e7ak sigara ticareti yapmak su\u00e7undan tutuklan\u0131rken, ka\u00e7ak i\u00e7ki sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen E.A. da tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi.
