Bilecik\u2019in me\u015fhur Pazarc\u0131k bozas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimi, havalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131yla \u00fcretimi sona ererken, bu y\u0131l 10 bin ki\u015filik il\u00e7ede 300 ton boza, 200 ton helva \u00fcretilerek son y\u0131llar\u0131n rekoru k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmesi olan Bilecik\u2019in me\u015fhur Pazarc\u0131k bozas\u0131 \u00fcretimi bu y\u0131l rekor k\u0131rd\u0131. Havalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131yla boza \u00fcretimi sona ermeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken, Pazarc\u0131k helvas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimine devam edilecek. 1936 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana il\u00e7ede boza ve helva \u00fcretimi yapan Soydan ailesi, ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa ayn\u0131 tat ve lezzeti T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. 83 y\u0131ld\u0131r bu sekt\u00f6rde olan Soydan ailesinden Nurettin Soydan, Nisan ay\u0131nda boza ve helva \u00fcretimini sonland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. \u0130HA muhabirine konu\u015fan Soydan, “1936 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri Pazarc\u0131k bozas\u0131 ve helvas\u0131 \u00fcretiyoruz. Ekim-Kas\u0131m aylar\u0131nda \u00fcretime ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizi Nisan ay\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda havalar \u0131s\u0131n\u0131nca sonland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Bu y\u0131l 300 ton boza 200 ton helva \u00fcreterek, m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize ve \u00e7evre illerimize pazarlad\u0131k. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda Pazarc\u0131k helvas\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretimine yaz ay\u0131nda da devam ettik. Bu y\u0131l da \u00fcretime devam edece\u011fiz. M\u00fc\u015fterilerimiz \u015fuan son bozalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7iyorlar. \u0130n\u015fallah \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l e\u015fsiz lezzetimiz ile m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize Pazarc\u0131k bozam\u0131z\u0131 \u00fcretece\u011fiz” dedi.
