Dili 10 y\u0131lda 5 santim b\u00fcy\u00fcyen, elleri normalden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan, aln\u0131, \u00e7enesi ve ayaklar\u0131 da normal \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan t\u0131r \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fcne d\u00fcnyada milyonda 4 ki\u015fide g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u2018akromegali hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 te\u015fhisi konuldu.<\/p>\n

Giresun\u2019un Bulancak il\u00e7esinde ya\u015fayan 67 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki t\u0131r \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130hsan Nizam\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce tek kelimeyle kabusa d\u00f6nd\u00fc. \u00d6nce ayakkab\u0131 numaras\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc, sonra eklemlerinde anlam veremedi\u011fi korkun\u00e7 a\u011fr\u0131lar ba\u015flad\u0131. Biyopsi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n temiz \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 \u00fczerine hastaya ila\u00e7 ya da ameliyata gerek kalmad\u0131 fakat sorun ba\u015fkayd\u0131. Yap\u0131lan geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 testler ve muayeneler sonunda \u0130hsan Nizam\u2019a d\u00fcnyada milyonda 4 ki\u015fide g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u2018akromegali hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 te\u015fhisi konuldu. Hastan\u0131n dilinin enine 2 cm, boyuna 3 cm b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, di\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 4 cm a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi.<\/p>\n

“Tedavi edilmezse k\u00f6r, hatta kanser olabilir”<\/p>\n

Bu nadir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n beyin taban\u0131nda bulunan hipofiz bezinin \u00f6n lobundan fazla miktarda b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu salg\u0131lanmas\u0131 sebebiyle meydana geldi\u011fini ve te\u015fhisinin \u00e7ok zor oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Uzman Dr. Feyzi G\u00f6kosmano\u011flu \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n

Akromegali tan\u0131s\u0131 klinik ve biyokimyasal sonu\u00e7lar e\u015fli\u011finde konulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Akromegaliden \u015f\u00fcphelenildi\u011fi zaman, serum IGF-1 de\u011ferinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ilk basamak olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Akromegalik hastalarda artm\u0131\u015f y\u00fcksek GH de\u011ferleri ile tan\u0131 konulur. Hastada GH ve IGF-1 de\u011ferleri ile klinik bulgular akromegaliyi destekledi\u011fi zaman hipofiz bezindeki t\u00fcm\u00f6r MR ile g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenerek tan\u0131 kesinle\u015ftirilir. Doktorumdan \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fime g\u00f6re bu hastal\u0131k kansere de neden oluyormu\u015f. Te\u015fhis edilmesi zor bir hastal\u0131\u011fa sahipmi\u015fim. Ne mutlu ki sonunda te\u015fhis edildi ve art\u0131k sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ma kavu\u015fabilece\u011fim.
