Kahramanmara\u015f B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile Kahramanmara\u015f Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan 1\u2019inci \u2018\u0130ri\u015fkit Festivali\u2019 d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n

Yedi Kuyular Kayak Merkezi\u2019nde d\u00fczenlenen iri\u015fkit (sucuk) festivalinde, mehter tak\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6steri sundu. Kentin y\u00f6resel halk oyunlar\u0131n\u0131n da sahne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 festivalde, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar karl\u0131 da\u011fda mangallarda haz\u0131rlanan iri\u015fkitleri yedi.<\/p>\n

Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yiyecekleri aras\u0131nda iri\u015fkitin de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatih Mehmet Erko\u00e7, iri\u015fkitin d\u00fcnya geneline yay\u0131l\u0131p tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Ba\u015fkan Erko\u00e7, \u201cKahramanmara\u015f\u2019a 5 y\u0131lda turizm alan\u0131nda \u00e7ok g\u00fczel hizmetler yapt\u0131k. Bu b\u00f6lgeye yaz mevsiminde haftada 50-60 otob\u00fcs turist gelirken, yaz mevsiminde bu say\u0131 on binler oluyor. Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezi ve sonbahar oldu\u011fu zaman herkes kasaplarla konu\u015fur ve iri\u015fkitini yapt\u0131r\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve festival sayesinde t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya duyurulur. Biz Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019ta ve tarihin derinliklerinden gelen ismi ile sucu\u011fa iri\u015fkit deriz. \u0130n\u015fallah bu lezzetler herkes taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131n\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
