\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan mobil uygulamalar\u0131ndan \u201c\u0130BB Beyaz Masa\u201d, daha etkin hizmet sunmak amac\u0131yla yenilendi. Yeni versiyonda \u00fcyelik i\u015flemi daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yap\u0131labiliyor. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f tarihli ba\u015fvurular\u0131n detaylar\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB) Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, vatanda\u015flardan yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6ren mobil \u201c\u0130BB Beyaz Masa\u201d uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 yenileyerek daha kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 hale getirdi. Bir\u00e7ok iyile\u015ftirmeler yap\u0131lan uygulaman\u0131n yeni versiyonu, \u0130BB\u2019nin hizmetlerine 7\/24 kesintisiz, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kolay eri\u015fim imkan\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Vatanda\u015flar uygulama \u00fczerinden ula\u015f\u0131m, alt yap\u0131, imar, sa\u011fl\u0131k, sosyal belediyecilik ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u0130BB\u2019nin t\u00fcm hizmet alanlar\u0131yla ilgili ba\u015fvuru yapabiliyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbullular\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na sunulan yeni mobil \u201c\u0130BB Beyaz Masa\u201d \u00fczerinden al\u0131nan bilgi, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, \u00f6neri ve talepler an\u0131nda i\u015fleme al\u0131n\u0131yor. Vatanda\u015flar ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm a\u015famalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda kolayca bilgi sahibi olabiliyor. Yenilenen uygulama ile Beyaz Masa\u2019ya ba\u015fvuruda bulunmak isteyen vatanda\u015flar, birka\u00e7 basit ad\u0131m\u0131 takip ederek h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00fcyelik i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebiliyor. T.C. kimlik numaras\u0131, ad, soyad, mail bilgisi ile sisteme kaydolan kullan\u0131c\u0131lar, cep telefonlar\u0131na SMS ile gelen \u015fifreyi yazarak uygulamay\u0131 aktif hale getiriyor.<\/p>\n

Beyaz Masa uygulamas\u0131 \u00fczerinden yeni ba\u015fvuru yapmak isteyen kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n mesaj alan\u0131na iletmek istedi\u011fi konuyu yaz\u0131p \u201cBa\u015fvuruyu Tamamla\u201d butonuna basmas\u0131 yeterli oluyor. Beyaz Masa\u2019ya iletilen konulara sistem \u00fczerinden foto\u011fraf, video veya ses kayd\u0131 da eklenebiliyor. Konum gerektiren ba\u015fvurularda ise \u201cKonum Al\u201d butonu t\u0131klanarak taleple ilgili yer an\u0131nda Beyaz Masa\u2019ya iletebiliyor.<\/p>\n

Yeni mobil uygulamada ge\u00e7mi\u015f tarihli ba\u015fvurular\u0131n detaylar\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. Vatanda\u015flar, mesajlar\u0131n\u0131 Beyaz Masa\u2019ya g\u00f6ndermeden \u00f6nce taslak olu\u015fturup ar\u015fivleyebiliyor. Eklemeler, \u00e7\u0131karmalar yap\u0131labilen taslak mesaj, istenilen tarihte Beyaz Masa\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilebiliyor.<\/p>\n

Uygulamada \u2018Ba\u015fvurular\u0131m\u2019 sekmesi se\u00e7ildi\u011finde ise olu\u015fturulan ba\u015fvurular ve detaylar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. Sistemde konum belirtilen ba\u015fvurular\u0131n harita \u00fczerindeki da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na eri\u015filebiliyor. \u00c7oklu ba\u015fvuru durumunda filtreleme imkan\u0131 da sunuluyor. Yeni versiyonda \u201cad -soyad\u201d bilgisinin payla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anonim ba\u015fvurular kabul edilmiyor.<\/p>\n

2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete sunulan mobil \u201c\u0130BB Beyaz Masa\u201d uygulamas\u0131, iOS ve Android mobil uygulama marketlerinden ak\u0131ll\u0131 cihazlara \u00fccretsiz indirilerek kullan\u0131labiliyor. Uygulama, bug\u00fcne kadar toplam 92 bin 610 vatanda\u015f taraf\u0131ndan indirildi.
