K\u00fct\u00fcphaneler haftas\u0131 nedeniyle \u0130MKB Sosyal Bilimler Lisesinde d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6rende Tokat Valisi Ozan Balc\u0131, Tokat\u2019ta ilk kez uygulanan bebeklere \u00fcyelik kart\u0131 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n il genelinde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Vali Balc\u0131, “Bebeklere niye \u00f6d\u00fcl verdik merak ettiniz de\u011fil mi? Tokat\u2019\u0131 kitab\u0131n ba\u015fkenti yapaca\u011f\u0131z demi\u015ftik. Tokat\u2019\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en zengin kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu il haline getirece\u011fiz. Yeni projemiz t\u00fcm \u00e7ocuklara k\u00fct\u00fcphaneye kart\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartmak. 110 bine yak\u0131n \u00f6\u011frencimize de k\u00fct\u00fcphane kart\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartaca\u011f\u0131z. \u0130n\u015fallah bir ay i\u00e7erisinde bitecek. Bug\u00fcn k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler haftas\u0131, \u00f6ncelikle k\u00fct\u00fcphane haftan\u0131z\u0131 kutluyorum. Sosyal Bilimler Lisesine de etkinlik i\u00e7in \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Doktor olmak, m\u00fchendis olmak diye bir \u015fey yok. Hangi mesle\u011fi de yaparsan\u0131z yap\u0131n, i\u015f\u00e7i olmak i\u00e7inde, k\u0131rtasiye d\u00fckkan\u0131 i\u015fletmek i\u00e7inde, sokakta veya sanayide \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir i\u015f\u00e7i olmak i\u00e7inde kitap okumak laz\u0131m. Kitap okumak bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131k meselesidir. Herkes o ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011fa sahip olamaz. Kitap okumak, yemek yemek gibi su i\u00e7mek gibi g\u00fczel bir \u015feydir. \u0130nsanlar 1 saat vakit ay\u0131r\u0131p kitap okuyacaklar” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Vali Balc\u0131, kitap dostu bir vali olarak, ekibiyle beraber Tokat\u2019\u0131 kitab\u0131n ba\u015fkenti haline getireceklerini ifade ederek, \u201cKitap Tokat\u2019\u0131 biliyorsunuz bu kapsamda da \u00f6d\u00fcller veriyoruz. Tokat\u2019taki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 il\u00e7eler de dahil olmak \u00fczere k\u00fct\u00fcphanelere \u00fcye olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Bir ay i\u00e7erisinde bitecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 110 bin \u00f6\u011frencimizi \u00fcye yapm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.
