Bursa\u2019n\u0131n Karacabey il\u00e7esinde 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k tapu meselesi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Karacabey Belediyesi\u2019nce 30 y\u0131l \u00f6nce mera vasf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak imar plan\u0131 i\u00e7ine al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra temsili bir bedelle sat\u0131lan araziler daha sonra Hazine ad\u0131na tescillenmi\u015f ve buradan ev alanlar senelerdir b\u00fcy\u00fck ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Ma\u011fduriyetlerin giderilmesi hususunda b\u00fcy\u00fck emek harcayan Karacabey Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali \u00d6zkan, nihayet meseleyi \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fcklerini duyurdu.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Ali \u00d6zkan, \u00fczerinde 5\u2019er katl\u0131 16 bloktan olu\u015fan toplam 160 dairenin bulundu\u011fu \u015eirin Evler Konut Yap\u0131 Kooperatifi sakinleriyle bir araya geldi. \u00d6zkan, \u201c2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00f6reve gelir gelmez vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan buradaki s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 bize aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Biz de 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k kangren haline gelmi\u015f bu yaray\u0131 kendimize namus borcu addettik. G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz andan itibaren ne yapar\u0131z diye kafa yorduk. Bug\u00fcn itibariyle bu meseleyi halletmi\u015f bulunuyoruz. Bizim i\u00e7in bundan daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mutluluk yok. K\u0131t kanaat bu evleri alan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, ne bu evlere benim mal\u0131m diyebiliyordu ne de satabiliyorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada oturan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tapular\u0131na \u015ferh konulmu\u015ftu. 5 y\u0131l u\u011fra\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sonucunda el ele vererek bu meseleyi \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fck. Daire sahiplerine hay\u0131rl\u0131 olsun. Bir tarafta Karacabey Belediyesi bir tarafta Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi bir tarafta da Ankara\u2019da bizi temsil eden AK Parti Bursa Milletvekilimiz Mustafa Esgin var. Bizim birbirimize kenetlendi\u011fimiz zaman, takip etti\u011fimiz zaman ba\u015faramayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hi\u00e7bir sorun hi\u00e7bir mesele yok\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
