Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ASK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc su aboneleri i\u00e7in  yeni nesil teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan \u201cAk\u0131ll\u0131 Su Saya\u00e7lar\u0131\u201d uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdi.<\/p>\n

Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Saya\u00e7 Sistemi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez ba\u015fkent Ankara’da uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. \u0130lk uygulama, pilot b\u00f6lge olarak se\u00e7ilen Yenimahalle \u0130l\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Bat\u0131kent\u2019te yakla\u015f\u0131k 200 aboneye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130kinci pilot b\u00f6lge olarak da Alt\u0131nda\u011f’da bin aboneye ula\u015f\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Uygulamada mekanik saya\u00e7lar ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7lar ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek merkezi izleme sistemi \u00fczerinden takip ediliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczene\u011fi olarak, mekanik saya\u00e7lardan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde farkl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sistemine sahip olan Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Saya\u00e7, elektronik devrelerden olu\u015fan y\u00fcksek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm hassasiyetine de sahip. Manyetik alanlardan etkilenmeyen mekanizma, farkl\u0131 \u00e7evre ko\u015fullar\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6vdeye sahip malzemelerden olu\u015fuyor. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015fehirler kapsam\u0131nda Avrupa’da Paris, Barselona, Valencia, Amsterdam gibi \u015fehirlerde de ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7 kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7lar\u0131n yararlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n

Daha hassas ve geli\u015fmi\u015f bir cihaz oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in daha g\u00fcvenilir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n

Uzaktan okuma ile saya\u00e7 okuma personelinin sahaya inmesine gerek kalmayacak.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcketim bilgileri, istenilen zamanda al\u0131narak sayac\u0131n kontrol s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131labilecek bu sayede saya\u00e7 kaynakl\u0131 t\u00fcketim verisi hatalar\u0131 azalt\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Sayaca m\u00fcdahale riski azalacak ve ka\u00e7ak su kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsan kaynakl\u0131 hatal\u0131 okuma problemi ortadan kalkacak, aboneler sistemdeki t\u00fcketim bilgilerini anl\u0131k kontrol edebilecek, sisteme g\u00fcven artacak.<\/p>\n

Saya\u00e7larda bulunan, RF ve GSM mod\u00fclleri sayesinde saya\u00e7 ile abone etkile\u015fimi kurulabilecek. \u00d6zellikle, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n saya\u00e7ta meydana gelen donma ve patlama durumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131ra yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullarda saya\u00e7tan aboneye donma uyar\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7eren SMS g\u00f6nderilecek ve abonenin \u00f6nlem almas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n

Uzaktan kontrol ile abonelik i\u015flemleri sonland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, saya\u00e7lar\u0131n s\u00f6k\u00fclmesi yerine, merkezden otomatik olarak kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak ve yeni abonelik i\u015flemlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, tekrar saya\u00e7 tak\u0131lma s\u00fcresi ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n
