\u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019n\u0131n Eyy\u00fcbiye il\u00e7esinde ya\u015fayan 49 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Cemal Bozlucan 40 g\u00fcnl\u00fckken havale ge\u00e7irerek engelli kald\u0131. V\u00fccudunun y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131 fel\u00e7 olan Bozlucan, sadece ellerini k\u0131smen kullanabiliyor. Ailesinin de deste\u011fiyle kendisine bir ak\u00fcl\u00fc ara\u00e7 alan Bozlucan, ak\u00fcl\u00fc arac\u0131 sayesinde hayata tutunarak d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. Bozlucan, arac\u0131 bozulunca bor\u00e7 bulup yeni bir ak\u00fc ald\u0131. Hayat\u0131 boyunca tekerlekli sandalyede ya\u015famak zorunda kalan Bozlucan, oturamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n da deste\u011fiyle sandalyenin \u00fczerine bir yatak yapt\u0131rarak \u00e7ad\u0131r kurdu. Anne ve babas\u0131 vefat eden Cemal Bozlucan, yan\u0131nda bir ye\u011feni ile kal\u0131yor. Kalacak evi olmayan Bozlucan, k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda \u00fczerine \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc battaniye ile \u015fehirde geziyor.<\/p>\n
