Dr. Fahrettin Uysal, “\u00c7ocuklarda 2 ve 5 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ok s\u0131k olarak \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm duyulur. \u00d6nemli olan bu \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcmlerin masum olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesidir. \u00dcf\u00fcr\u00fcm kalpte delik demek de\u011fildir. \u00dc\u00e7 tip \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm vard\u0131r; masum \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm, fonksiyonel \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm, patolojik \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm. Masum \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcmlerde kalpte herhangi bir yap\u0131sal problem yoktur. Kalp tamamen normaldir. Bu tip \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcn sebebi belli de\u011fildir. Zamanla kaybolur. Ate\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcn \u015fiddeti artar. Bu tip \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcmlerde \u00e7ocuk kardiyologu taraf\u0131ndan muayene ve gerekirse ekokardiyografi yap\u0131larak yap\u0131sal problem olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kesinle\u015ftirilmesi \u015fartt\u0131r. E\u011fer yap\u0131sal kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrse takibe gerek yoktur” dedi.<\/p>\n

Fonksiyonel \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcn kans\u0131zl\u0131k ve tiroit bezinin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda duyuldu\u011funu belirten Uysal, “Bu tip \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcmlerde kalpte problem yoktur ve altta yatan hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tedavisi ile \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm kaybolur. Patolojik \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm ise, kalpte do\u011fu\u015ftan var olan veya sonradan geli\u015fen herhangi bir yap\u0131sal problemde duyulan \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcmlerdir. Patolojik \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcmlerde kalpte delik, kalp kapaklar\u0131nda darl\u0131k veya yetersizlik, akci\u011fer damar\u0131nda veya \u015fah damar\u0131nda darl\u0131k gibi \u00f6nemli problemler olabilir. Bu sebeple, her ne kadar deneyimli bir hekim patolojik ve masum \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapabilirse de, muayenede \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fcm duyulan her hastan\u0131n \u00e7ocuk kardiyologu taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi \u00f6nerilir” \u015feklinde uyard\u0131.
