Diyarbak\u0131r Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 TEM \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce yap\u0131lan istihbari \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde, aranma ve yakalanma kayd\u0131n\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan \u015fehir merkezindeki \u00f6rg\u00fctsel faaliyetlerde g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi tespit edilen, PKK\/KCK ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc simgeleyen bez par\u00e7as\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde, ter\u00f6rist k\u0131yafetli ve Kala\u015fnikof piyade t\u00fcfe\u011fi ile \u00e7ekilmi\u015f foto\u011fraflar\u0131 bulunan S.Y. isimli \u015fahs\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak Diyarbak\u0131r ili Ba\u011flar il\u00e7esi Ba\u011fc\u0131lar Mahallesi\u2019nde belirlenen adreste yap\u0131lan operasyonda; S.Y. isimli \u015fah\u0131s yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, “S.Y. soru\u015fturma i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan sevk edildi\u011fi adli makamlarca \u2019Silahl\u0131 Ter\u00f6r \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne \u00dcye Olmak\u2019 su\u00e7undan tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r” denildi.<\/p>\n
