Elaz\u0131\u011f\u2019da engellilerin sesi olmak isteyen ve belediye meclis \u00fcyesi aday\u0131 olan Sarapnel Palsi (SP) hastas\u0131 23 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki U\u011fur Durmu\u015f, tekerlekli sandalye ile giderek oyunu kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00dcniversite Mahallesi\u2019nde ikamet eden Selahattin ve \u015eeng\u00fcl Durmu\u015f \u00e7iftinin 4 \u00e7ocu\u011fundan en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan 23 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki U\u011fur Durmu\u015f, SP hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle el ve ayaklar\u0131n\u0131 yeterli oranda kullanam\u0131yor. F\u0131rat \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde i\u015fletme b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frenci olan Durmu\u015f, belediye meclis \u00fcyesi aday\u0131 oldu. Engellilerin sesi olmak isteyen Durmu\u015f, bug\u00fcn babas\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle tekerlekli sandalye ile Atat\u00fcrk Anadolu Lisesi\u2019nin yolunu tuttu. 1325 nolu sand\u0131ktan oyunu kullanan Durmu\u015f, engellilerin her tarafta oldu\u011funu ve olmaya devam edece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

\u00dclkenin demokrasi \u015f\u00f6leni i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011funu belirten U\u011fur Durmu\u015f, \u201cBende belediye meclis \u00fcyesi aday\u0131 olarak Elaz\u0131\u011f Atat\u00fcrk Anadolu Lisesinde oyumu kullanmaya geldim. O mecliste in\u015fallah engellileri temsilen olurum. Buradan halka sesleniyorum. Herkes oyunu kullans\u0131n, hangi partiye oy verdi\u011fi hi\u00e7 \u00f6nemli de\u011fil. Yeter ki vatanda\u015fl\u0131k g\u00f6revi olan oy kullanma i\u015flemini tamamlas\u0131n\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 zamanda F\u0131rat \u00dcniversitesi \u0130\u015fletme B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi oldu\u011funu aktaran Durmu\u015f, \u201cDo\u011fu\u015ftan SP hastas\u0131y\u0131m. Do\u011fu\u015ftan gelen bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131k. Meclis \u00fcyesi adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131na da engellileri temsil ama\u00e7l\u0131 girmi\u015f bulunmaktay\u0131m. Allah nasip ederse girersem mecliste en iyi \u015fekilde engellileri temsil i\u00e7in \u00e7abalayaca\u011f\u0131m. Biz yaz, k\u0131\u015f, ya\u011fmur, \u00e7amur demeden bug\u00fcne kadar geldik.
