T\u0130KA taraf\u0131ndan Kolombiya\u2019n\u0131n Choco b\u00f6lgesinde selden en \u00e7ok zarar g\u00f6ren Istmina\u2019n\u0131n merkezinde \u00e7ift\u00e7i ve esnafa hasarlar\u0131n tamiri i\u00e7in ekipman deste\u011finde bulunuldu ve Andres Bello \u0130lkokulunda okuyan 140 \u00f6\u011frenciye k\u0131rtasiye malzemeleri da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi ve Koordinasyon Ajans\u0131 Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (T\u0130KA), Kolombiya\u2019n\u0131n Choco b\u00f6lgesinde ta\u015fan bulunan San Juan nehri ta\u015farak, \u00e7evredeki bir\u00e7ok yerle\u015fim alan\u0131n\u0131n sular alt\u0131nda kalmas\u0131na ve nehre kat\u0131larak yok olmas\u0131na neden olan ve 7 binden fazla ki\u015finin evini ve ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi facia sonras\u0131 b\u00f6lgede yard\u0131mlara ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Nehir ta\u015fk\u0131n\u0131 sonunda yard\u0131m \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan Choco Valisi Jhoany Palacios, b\u00f6lgede a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n sel nedeniyle t\u00fcm ge\u00e7im ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan mahrum kald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemesi \u00fczerine T\u0130KA, b\u00f6lge halk\u0131na tekrar \u00fcretim faaliyetlerine ba\u015flayabilmeleri ve hasarlar\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in k\u00fcrek, motorlu testere, sondaj aparatlar\u0131, alan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131 gibi ekipman deste\u011finde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Yard\u0131mlar\u0131n koordinasyonunda i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131lan Kolombiya Ulusal Afet Y\u00f6netimi Merkezi (UNGRID) Yetkilisi Luis Ignacio Muoz, \u201cBug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye h\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan T\u0130KA arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile okul \u00f6\u011frencilerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan k\u0131rtasiye malzemesi ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir yerle\u015fim yeri olan Primavera\u2019da hibe edilen te\u00e7hizat\u0131n teslimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Bizim g\u00f6revimiz buradaki ma\u011fdurlara ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan yard\u0131mlar\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 s\u00fcrede do\u011fru ki\u015filere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flara yard\u0131m etmektir. T\u0130KA\u2019n\u0131n faaliyetlerinin sadece Choco b\u00f6lgesini de\u011fil Kolombiya\u2019n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesini kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz ve bu gayretlerinden dolay\u0131 kendilerini tebrik ediyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

T\u0130KA\u2019n\u0131n yard\u0131m ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Primavera Toplulu\u011funun Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nelson Eugenio Mosquera, \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmenim ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Primavera Toplulu\u011fu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Istmina Belediyesi Meclis \u00fcyesiyim. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yerde afetlere ve \u0131rmak ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131na al\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131z. Bazen yerel ve ulusal kurumlardan yard\u0131m ula\u015f\u0131yor. Fakat g\u00fcnbeg\u00fcn yerle\u015fim yerimiz ta\u015fk\u0131nlar neticesinde a\u015f\u0131n\u0131p k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmekte. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yard\u0131mlar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Ulusal Afet Kurumumuz ile i\u015fbirli\u011finde buraya ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yard\u0131mlar ile ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz senelerde meydana gelen ve daha b\u00fcy\u00fck zararlara neden olan Mocoa afetinde ya\u015fananlar\u0131n tekrarlanmas\u0131 engellenmi\u015f oldu\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
