Eserin ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk m\u00fczik tarihinde D\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019l-Elh\u00e2n\u2019a kadar e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim veren kurumlar hakk\u0131nda genel bilgilere yer veriliyor. Eserin ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise D\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019l-Elh\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n olu\u015fum ve geli\u015fim s\u00fcreci anlat\u0131l\u0131yor.
