Adana\u2019da, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca, trafikte yaya \u00f6nceli\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekilmesi amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan “\u00d6nce Yaya” g\u00f6rselleri s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin g\u00f6rebilece\u011fi \u015fekilde yaya ve okul ge\u00e7itleri \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7iziliyor.<\/p>\n

2918 say\u0131l\u0131 Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanununun 74. maddesinde 26 Ekim 2018 tarihinde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, “s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler, g\u00f6revli bir ki\u015fi veya \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 trafik i\u015fareti bulunmayan ancak trafik i\u015fareti veya levhalar\u0131yla belirlenmi\u015f kav\u015fak giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile yaya ve okul ge\u00e7itlerine yakla\u015f\u0131rken yava\u015flamak, varsa buralardan ge\u00e7en veya ge\u00e7mek \u00fczere bulunan yayalara durarak ilk ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermek zorundad\u0131rlar” h\u00fckm\u00fc getirildi.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 81 il ve il\u00e7ede mevzuata getirilen bu yeni d\u00fczenlenmenin geni\u015f kitlelere duyurulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla “\u00d6ncelik Hayat\u0131n, \u00d6ncelik Yayan\u0131n” slogan\u0131yla 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 “Yaya \u00d6ncelikli Trafik” y\u0131l\u0131 ilan edilerek kampanya ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Kampanya kapsam\u0131nda Adana Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Trafik Denetleme \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri “\u00d6nce Yaya” g\u00f6rselleri haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Bu g\u00f6rsellerde bir k\u0131z ve erkek yaya fig\u00fcr\u00fc “\u00f6nce yaya” yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011f ve sol taraf\u0131na yaya ge\u00e7idinin \u00f6n\u00fcne yerle\u015ftirilerek s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin g\u00f6rmesi sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Trafik polisleri bu g\u00f6rsellerin \u00e7izilmesi i\u00e7in gece-g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. G\u00f6rseller, \u00f6ncelikle okul \u00f6nleri ve yayalar\u0131n yo\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu yerlere \u00e7iziliyor.
