D\u00fcnya kanser istatistiklerine g\u00f6re her y\u0131l d\u00fcnyada 432 bin ki\u015fi mesane kanserine yakalan\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise bu kanser t\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor ve en \u00e7ok ileri ya\u015f grubundaki erkekler risk alt\u0131nda.<\/p>\n

Fakat korkmay\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bilim insanlar\u0131 bu soruna bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm buldu. Mesane kanseri sonucu mesanesi al\u0131nan hastalar, kendi ince ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yeni bir yapay mesane ile sosyal hayatlar\u0131na ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde devam edebiliyorlar.  Mesane Kanseri’nde hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorumlusu sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131. Uzmanlar sigara d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, boya \u00fcr\u00fcnleri gibi end\u00fcstriyel kimyasallara maruz kalma, genetik fakt\u00f6rler, mesanenin do\u011fumsal kusurlar\u0131, baz\u0131 kimyasal tedavi ila\u00e7lar\u0131 ile radyasyon tedavisi ve az s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n risk fakt\u00f6rleri oldu\u011funu vurguluyorlar.<\/p>\n

Her ya\u015fta ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilen mesane kanserinde ortalama tan\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131 73. Hastalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 90’\u0131 ise 55 ya\u015f \u00fczeri.<\/p>\n

Sigaradan \u00f6zellkle uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten uzamanlar, “bol s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketin. Dengeli bir diyet ile omega-3 ve ya\u011f asitleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin meyve ve sebzeler, f\u0131nd\u0131k ve bal\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ya\u011fs\u0131z protein t\u00fcketin; ya\u011f ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 eti azalt\u0131n” diyorlar.<\/p>\n
