Bununla birlikte bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda dikkat \u00e7eken \u015fey genellikle kendimizi iyi hissetmeme halidir. Bu durumu bahar yorgunlu\u011fu olarak adland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131ndan yorgun \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bir bedenimiz, vitamin-mineral eksikli\u011fimiz, bir de bunun \u00fczerine karbonhidrattan zengin bir beslenmemiz varsa  bahar yorgunlu\u011fu ile daha s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eekerden uzak durmal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Arslan, rafine \u015fekerler yerine rafine edilmemi\u015f \u00e7avdarl\u0131, kepekli tah\u0131llar\u0131n, taze meyve ve sebzelerin tercih edilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirterek, \u201cBu noktada beslenme \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin hormonlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok fazla etkisi var. Hormonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyebilmek ad\u0131na, dengeli beslenmemiz gerekiyor. Beslenmemize bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ilk dikkat etmemiz gereken nokta  basit karbonhidrat dedi\u011fimiz, rafine \u015feker grubundan uzak durmak olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc basit karbonhidratlar v\u00fccuda gereksiz bir kalori al\u0131m\u0131na sebep olup tamamen yorgunlu\u011fumuzu halsizli\u011fimizi art\u0131r\u0131yor. Bunun yerine rafine edilmemi\u015f tah\u0131llar; \u00e7avdarl\u0131, kepekli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimiz, taze sebze ve meyve grubumuz daha da s\u0131k kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kafein t\u00fcketimi azalt\u0131lmal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Bahar yorgunlu\u011fu ile m\u00fccadelede kafein t\u00fcketiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Arslan, \u201cKafein t\u00fcketimimizi azaltmal\u0131y\u0131z. \u00c7ok koyu \u00e7aylardan ve \u00e7ok koyu kahvelerden sak\u0131nmal\u0131y\u0131z. G\u00fcn  i\u00e7ine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kahve ve \u00e7ay\u0131 3-5 fincanda s\u0131n\u0131rlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bunlar\u0131n yerine bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131 tercih edebiliriz, a\u00e7\u0131k \u00e7aylar kullanabiliriz. Bir de \u015feker i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek olan asitli i\u00e7eceklerden, paketli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden uzak durmal\u0131y\u0131z. Kahvalt\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in burada yine de\u011ferli bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Yorgunlu\u011fumuz halsizli\u011fimizi gidermekte bize yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. Kahvalt\u0131 yap\u0131lmadan evden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmamal\u0131. G\u00fcnl\u00fck su t\u00fcketimimiz de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. En az 10-12 bardak su t\u00fcketmeliyiz. Bu bizim v\u00fccut din\u00e7li\u011fimizi sa\u011flayabilmek ad\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir nokta olacakt\u0131r. Haftada 3 g\u00fcn 45 dakika ya da haftada 5 g\u00fcn 30 dakika bir egzersiz ya da y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z da olmal\u0131&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Uyku d\u00fczeni \u00f6nemli<\/p>\n<p>Arslan uyku d\u00fczeninin \u00f6nemine de\u011finerek, \u201cUyku d\u00fczenimiz mutlaka olmal\u0131.  Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda iyi bir uyku d\u00fczeninin insanlar\u0131n bahar ge\u00e7i\u015fini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ayn\u0131 saatte uyuyup ayn\u0131 saatte uyanan insanlarda bahar yorgunlu\u011funu daha az g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Neler t\u00fcketilmeli<\/p>\n<p>Arslan, bahar yorgunlu\u011funun \u00fcstesinden gelmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilmesi gereken besinleri ise \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBahar yorgunlu\u011fu ile m\u00fccadele ederken beslenmemizde eksik etmememizi istedi\u011fim birka\u00e7 besin var. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda yumurta geliyor. Yumurta iyi bir demir ve A vitamini kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bununla birlikte kolin de i\u00e7erir. Kolin bir vitamin t\u00fcrevidir. Bu bizim yorgunlu\u011fumuz \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok etkilidir. Yorgunlu\u011fumuzu halsizli\u011fimizi giderip iyi kaliteli proteini sayesinde doyurucu bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Bir de burada dikkatimizi \u00e7eken, eklememiz gereken besin grubu E vitaminden zengin ya\u011fl\u0131 tohumlar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Beslenmenizde ya 3 adet ceviz ya 6 adet \u00e7i\u011f badem ya da 10 adet \u00e7i\u011f f\u0131nd\u0131k eklemek, omega-3 ya\u011f asitlerinden zengin sebze olan semizotunu eklemek yorgunlu\u011fumuzu, halsizli\u011fimizi g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde d\u00fczenlememize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.
