Kocaeli\u2019de etkili olan sa\u011fanak ya\u011f\u0131\u015f, trafikte s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin zor anlar ya\u015famas\u0131na neden oldu. Kocaeli\u2019nin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesimini etkisi alt\u0131na alan ya\u011f\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131nda Gebze il\u00e7esinde yollarda olu\u015fan su birikintileri ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ilerlemekte g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekmesine neden oldu. \u0130l\u00e7ede bir\u00e7ok yol ve kav\u015fakta etkili olan su bask\u0131n\u0131 nedeni ile ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fu ilerleyemedi. Su bask\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 alandaki ara\u00e7lara m\u00fcdahale eden ekipler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan tahliye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan trafik normale d\u00f6nd\u00fc.
