Bahar ay\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fi kimine enerji ve canlanma hissi verirken, kimilerinde ise halsizlik, yorgunluk, s\u00fcrekli uyuma iste\u011fi, eklem a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, mutsuzluk ve dikkat da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sorunlara neden olabiliyor. \u00dcstelik \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131  takdirde bu yorgunluk kronikle\u015febiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa do\u011fru bir beslenme program\u0131yla bahar yorgunlu\u011fuyla ba\u015f etmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu belirten VM Medical Park Mersin Hastanesi Beslenme ve  Diyet Uzman\u0131 Meltem G\u00f6k, bahar yorgunlu\u011fundan muzdarip olanlara do\u011fal beslenme \u00f6nerilerinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kahvalt\u0131da yumurtadan vazge\u00e7meyin&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kahvalt\u0131da protein kayna\u011f\u0131 olan yumurtadan vazge\u00e7ilmemesi tavsiyesinde bulunan G\u00f6k, \u00f6nerilerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yumurta; demir, krom iyot mineralleri ile niasin, E ve B2 vitamini a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da zengin oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bitkinlik hissini azalt\u0131r. Sabah yenilen bir adet yumurta, h\u0131zl\u0131ca enerji verir.
