Florya Metin Oktay Tesisleri\u2019ndeki antrenman\u0131n ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde salonda core stabilizasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.
