Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce Nil\u00fcfer Belediye binas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131ndaki 7 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck alana kazand\u0131r\u0131lan ve \u00fccretsiz olarak hizmet veren otopark\u0131n giri\u015findeki B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ve BURBAK yaz\u0131l\u0131 tabelalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7am a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 konulmas\u0131 polemi\u011fe sebep oldu. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alinur Akta\u015f, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u2018ucuz siyaset\u2019 olarak nitelendirirken, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir olarak Nil\u00fcfer\u2019in her k\u00f6\u015fesinde hizmetlerinin aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Bursa\u2019da ula\u015f\u0131m sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik ba\u015flat\u0131lan ak\u0131ll\u0131 kav\u015fak uygulamalar\u0131 ve yol geni\u015fletmelerle trafikte hissedilir bir rahatlama sa\u011flayan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, di\u011fer taraftan parklanma sorunu ya\u015fanan b\u00f6lgelere de alternatif \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretiyor. Nil\u00fcfer \u0130l\u00e7esi\u2019nde il\u00e7e belediyesi, kaymakaml\u0131k ve vergi dairelerinin bulundu\u011fu \u0130hsaniye Meydan\u0131\u2019nda vatanda\u015flar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorunu olan otopark meselesi de yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 ay \u00f6nce B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturuldu. B\u00f6lge sakinlerinden gelen talepler \u00fczerine konuyu g\u00fcndeme alan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi i\u015ftiraklerinden BURBAK, hazineye ait olan yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131 otoparka d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc. Toplam 550 ara\u00e7 kapasiteli otopark \u00fccretsiz olarak hizmet verirken, ba\u015f\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli bir BURBAK g\u00f6revlisinin de bulundu\u011fu otoparkta g\u00fcnl\u00fck doluluk oran\u0131 da 300 arac\u0131 a\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi\u2019nin hemen yan\u0131nda bulunan alanda ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u00fccretsiz otopark uygulamas\u0131 b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n takdirini toplarken, otopark giri\u015finde \u00fczerinde Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ve BURBAK yaz\u0131l\u0131 tabelalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7am a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 konulmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alinur Akta\u015f, daha \u00f6nce bir a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6reni yapmaya bile gerek duymad\u0131klar\u0131 otoparka gelenek, tabelalar\u0131n gizlenmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan uygulamaya tepki g\u00f6sterdi. Beraberindeki Bursa Milletvekilleri Mustafa Esgin ve Refik \u00d6zen ile AK Parti Nil\u00fcfer \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Necati \u015eahin\u2019le birlikte bir bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yapan Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, \u201cG\u00f6rd\u00fck ki B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tabelalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7am a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 konulmu\u015f. Takdiri kamuoyuna b\u0131rak\u0131yorum. Bunlar a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 ucuz siyaset. Evet B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, Nil\u00fcfer\u2019in b\u00fct\u00fcn ana arterlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Esentepe Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Tuna Caddesi Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131, di\u011fer kav\u015fak uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 biz yapt\u0131k. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bulvar\u0131n\u0131n orta ref\u00fcj d\u00fczenlemesini biz hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Birileri tabela takarak kendileri yapm\u0131\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na alg\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Yeni otopark m\u00fcjdesi<\/p>\n

Nil\u00fcfer\u2019in yo\u011fun yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n oldu\u011fu, beraberinde B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin \u00f6zellikle FSM ve \u00d6zl\u00fcce gibi ana arterlerde orta ref\u00fcj ve yol d\u00fczenlemeleriyle i\u015fin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7ekti\u011fi bir yer oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, b\u00f6lgede otopark ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Bug\u00fcne kadar Bursa\u2019ya, yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck bir alan\u0131 otopark olarak kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, Mudanya\u2019da 14 d\u00f6n\u00fcm alanda 1100 ara\u00e7l\u0131k otopark, G\u00f6lyaz\u0131\u2019da 5,5 ve 6 d\u00f6n\u00fcm olmak \u00fczere 1000\u2019er ara\u00e7l\u0131k 2 otopark ve BURULA\u015e \u00f6n\u00fcndeki 13 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck 900 ara\u00e7l\u0131k eski helitaksi alan\u0131n\u0131 otopark olarak d\u00fczenlendiklerini belirtti. Nil\u00fcfer\u2019de de il\u00e7e belediyesi, kaymakaml\u0131k ve vergi dairelerinin bulundu\u011fu \u0130hsaniye Meydan\u0131\u2019nda vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorununun otopark oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klayan Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, \u201cB\u00f6lge sakinlerinden gelen talepler \u00fczerine konuyu g\u00fcndeme ald\u0131k ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck alan\u0131 otoparka d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fck. \u0130n\u015fallah yak\u0131nda bir tane daha geliyor. \u00d6zellikle vergi dairesi yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki 5 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 ara\u00e7l\u0131k otopark\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da yak\u0131n bir zaman i\u00e7erisinde devreye koyaca\u011f\u0131z. Milli Emlak\u2019tan oran\u0131n tahsisiyle alakal\u0131 yaz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z da gelmek \u00fczere. \u015euan hizmette olan \u00fccretsiz otopark\u0131m\u0131z y\u0131llard\u0131r Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi\u2019nin yan taraf\u0131ndayd\u0131 ama hi\u00e7bir form\u00fcl \u00fcretilememi\u015fti. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir olarak bu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fck ve Nil\u00fcfer\u2019in her k\u00f6\u015fesinde, 17 il\u00e7emizde her alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
