Burdur Belediyesi Sokak Hayvanlar\u0131 Ge\u00e7ici Bak\u0131mevi \u00e7evresinde g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc olarak bulunan 15 k\u00f6pek ve 1 kedi ile ilgili olarak belediyeye idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. Burdur Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “S\u00fcre\u00e7 taraf\u0131m\u0131zdan hassasiyetle takip edilmektedir” denildi.<\/p>\n

Burdur Valili\u011fi, 5 Nisan tarihinde Burdur Belediyesi sorumlulu\u011funda bulunan Sokak Hayvanlar\u0131 Ge\u00e7ici Bak\u0131mevi \u00e7evresinde a\u00e7\u0131lan \u00e7ukurlarda plastik \u00e7uvallar i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc olarak bulunan yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 k\u00f6pek ve 1 kediyle ilgili yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada ekiplerce yap\u0131lan inceleme, de\u011ferlendirme, g\u00f6rg\u00fc tan\u0131klar\u0131 ve Sokak Hayvanlar\u0131 Ge\u00e7ici Bak\u0131mevi sorumlu ve idari personelinin vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda elde edilen bulgular\u0131n incelendi\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fa Koruma ve Milli Parklar 6. B\u00f6lge Burdur \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan, bak\u0131mevinin ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu Burdur Belediyesine 5199 say\u0131l\u0131 Hayvanlar\u0131 Koruma Kanununa muhalefetten idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

“Olayla ilgili Burdur Belediye Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, sorumlulu\u011fu bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn personelin en kapsaml\u0131 \u015fekilde tespitinin yap\u0131larak, sorumlular hakk\u0131nda ilgili mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri do\u011frultusunda disiplin i\u015flemi uygulanmas\u0131 ve sonucundan bilgi verilmesi, ayr\u0131ca bu personel hakk\u0131nda Valili\u011fimizce y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek i\u015flemlere esas olmak \u00fczere isimlerinin bildirilmesi istenilmi\u015ftir. Konunun hassasiyeti ve hayvan haklar\u0131n\u0131n ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ihlali \u015feklinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen olay\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6nleriyle ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131, sorumlular hakk\u0131nda gereken idari ve adli yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 hususunda Valili\u011fimiz taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcre\u00e7 hassasiyetle takip edilmektedir.”
