Azerbaycan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130lham Aliyev, Rusya Federasyonu Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Valentina Matviyenko\u2019ya y\u00fcksek devlet \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc olan \u2018dostluk \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc verdi.<\/p>\n

Rusya Federasyonu Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Valentina Matviyenko, Azerbaycan\u2019a ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi ziyaret kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcn Azerbaycan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130lham Aliyev\u2019le bir araya geldi. Aliyev, Valentina Matviyenko\u2019yu ba\u015fkanl\u0131k binas\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rlad\u0131. \u0130kili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sonras\u0131nda heyetler aras\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeye ge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n

Toplant\u0131da Matviyenko, Aliyev\u2019le her iki devlet ars\u0131nda olan ilkleri, ayn\u0131 zamanda G\u00fcney Kafkasya\u2019daki sorunlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130lham Aliyev \u2018dostluk \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc Rusya Federasyonu Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Valentina Matviyenko\u2019ya sundu. Matviyenko, “Bu y\u00fcksek \u00f6d\u00fcl i\u00e7in i\u00e7tenlikle te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim, benim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir onur. Delegasyonumuzun t\u00fcm \u00fcyeleri gibi, eyaletler aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin geli\u015fiminin \u00f6nemini istiyorum. \u0130li\u015fkilerimizin geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in her \u015feyi yap\u0131yoruz” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sonras\u0131 gazetecilere a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Rusya Federasyonu Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Valentina Matviyenko, Azerbaycan Cumhurba\u015fkan \u0130lham Aliyev\u2019le Da\u011fl\u0131k Karaba\u011f sorununu da konu\u015ftuklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Matviyenko, “Bu konunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir politik ve diplomatik ba\u015far\u0131 olur. Da\u011fl\u0131k Karaba\u011f ihtilaf\u0131na askeri bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunmuyor. Bu sorun sadece bar\u0131\u015f ve diplomatik yolla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilir.
