Borsa \u0130stanbul A\u015e\u2019nin 2018 faaliyet y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u015eirketten yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u0130stinye yerle\u015fkesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplant\u0131, \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n okunmas\u0131 ve sayg\u0131 duru\u015fu ile ba\u015flad\u0131. Toplant\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u0131ll\u0131k faaliyet raporu, 2018 faaliyet y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetim raporu, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 faaliyet ve hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin y\u0131l sonu bilan\u00e7osu ve kar\/zarar tablosu onayland\u0131. 2018 kar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m \u015fekli, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak kar ve kazan\u00e7 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi ve kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hususunda y\u00f6netim kurulunun teklifi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclerek karara ba\u011fland\u0131. Kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Yeni Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyeleri belirlendi<\/p>\n

Ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan oylamada, Prof. Dr. Eri\u015fah Ar\u0131can, Murat \u00c7etinkaya, Yunus Ar\u0131nc\u0131, Metin K\u0131ratl\u0131, Fahrettin Altun, Cem Demiro\u011flu, Nicola Beattie, Tevfik Eraslan ve G\u00fclsevin \u00c7ipli, y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011fine se\u00e7ildi. Yeni Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun, genel kurul sonras\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da, Borsa \u0130stanbul A\u015e Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na Prof. Dr. Eri\u015fah Ar\u0131can, Ba\u015fkan Vekilli\u011fi ve Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revine Murat \u00c7etinkaya se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n

Borsa \u0130stanbul Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle “Farkl\u0131 pay gruplar\u0131 ve imtiyazlar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131larak tek pay grubu olu\u015fturuldu. TVF\u2019nin elinde bulunan pay oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 51\u2019in alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015femeyece\u011fi” eklendi.
