Kepez Belediyesi\u2019ne ait gezi yat\u0131 tasarruf tedbirleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kepez Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilen CHP\u2019li Birol Arslan, 4 Nisan\u2019da mazbatay\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yeni d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131.Mevcut ekonomik \u015fartlar sebebiyle tasarruf yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade eden Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Birol Arslan, g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra birim m\u00fcd\u00fcrleriyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131 sonras\u0131 t\u00fcm birimlerde, t\u00fcm m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerde, belediyenin her noktas\u0131nda tasarruf tedbirlerini almaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Arslan, “Bu tasarruf tedbirlerine ilk \u00f6nce benim ba\u015flamam gerekiyordu. Se\u00e7ildi\u011fim g\u00fcnden itibaren hi\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde makam arac\u0131na binmedim. Bundan sonra da \u00e7ok resmi programlar ve \u00e7ok elzem durumlar haricinde resmi olarak makam arac\u0131na binmeyece\u011fim. Makam \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc kullanm\u0131yorum. Bu belki de Kepez Belediyesi b\u00fct\u00e7eleri i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir nokta olabilir. Ama vermesi gereken mesaj \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. B\u00fct\u00fcn belediye personelleri de bu anlay\u0131\u015fla hareket edecek. Bundan sonra harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her kuru\u015fta t\u00fcy\u00fc bitmemi\u015f yetimin hakk\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilerek harcamalar\u0131n\u0131 yapacak. Bu halk\u0131m\u0131za verilmi\u015f olan \u015feffaf ve hesap verilebilir olan belediyecili\u011fin bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Bu tasarruf tedbirleri kapsam\u0131nda daha \u00f6nceden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan Kepez Belediyesi\u2019ne ait yat oldu\u011funu belirten Ba\u015fkan Arslan, “Bu kadar borcu olan bir belediyenin yatan bir yat\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok rantabl bulmuyorum. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 4 Nisan Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc mazbatay\u0131 ald\u0131m. 5 Nisan Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc itibariyle de yat\u0131n ihale edili\u015fi, sat\u0131\u015f karar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131k. \u015eu anda ihale dosyas\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmaya devam ediyor. Ay sonu gibi de sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla art\u0131k Kepez Belediyesi\u2019nde tasarruf tedbirleri uygulanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131” diye konu\u015ftu.
