Omurga yaralanmas\u0131 nedeniyle y\u00fcr\u00fcyemeyen 65 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Sevg\u00fcl Nas\u0131r, Rewalk cihaz\u0131 ile kimsenin yard\u0131m\u0131 olmadan tekrar y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Kendisi i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcmenin art\u0131k bir hayal oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen Nas\u0131r, \u201cBu robot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kaslar\u0131m\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00fcr\u00fcme esnas\u0131nda kullanmam\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in iyile\u015fmemi h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130zmir\u2019de bulunan Borfiz Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon T\u0131p Merkezinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez uygulanan ReWalk robotik cihaz ile omurilik yaralanmas\u0131 olan hastalar\u0131n yeniden aya\u011fa kalkmas\u0131n\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fcmesini ve merdiven inip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 65 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Sevg\u00fcl Nas\u0131r da bu cihaz sayesinde tekrar y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. 6 ay \u00f6nce omurga yaralanmas\u0131 ile bir aya\u011f\u0131 tutmayan ev han\u0131m\u0131 Nas\u0131r, \u00fcniversite hastanesinde bir hafta boyunca tedavi oldu. Daha sonra taburcu edilen Nas\u0131r, bir daha y\u00fcr\u00fcyememe korkusuyla hayata k\u00fcst\u00fc. En sonunda uzun s\u00fcrmesi planlanan fizik tedaviye ba\u015flayan Sevg\u00fcl Nas\u0131r, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre bu robotik cihaz ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nas\u0131r, sevin\u00e7ten g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tutamad\u0131. Bir daha hi\u00e7 y\u00fcr\u00fcyememek fikrine al\u0131\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Nas\u0131r, \u201cHastal\u0131\u011f\u0131mla birlikte bir daha y\u00fcr\u00fcmemin zor oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylediler. Tekrar y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e ho\u015fuma gitti. Robotik cihaz benim i\u00e7in g\u00fczel bir f\u0131rsat oldu. Allah hekimlerimizden de raz\u0131 olsun\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Fizyoterapist \u00d6zg\u00fcr Ye\u015filyurt, \u201cN\u00f6rolojik rehabilitasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor. Paralel barda yard\u0131ml\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcyen bir hastam\u0131z. Belli kaslar\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yor ama bu cihazla biz hastay\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z k\u0131lmay\u0131 ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kas gruplar\u0131n\u0131 bu cihaz i\u00e7inde aktive ederek kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ahengini rahat sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Hastam\u0131z \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kez kullan\u0131yor. Birka\u00e7 programdan sonra cihaz\u0131 kendi rahat\u00e7a kullanabilecek. Hedeflenen basamaklar\u0131 k\u0131saltabiliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Klinik ortamda ReWalk robotik cihaz<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez hastalara bu robotik cihaz\u0131n uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten merkezin genel koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130lker I\u015f\u0131klar cihaz\u0131n hafif ve giyilebilen bir d\u0131\u015f iskelet formu oldu\u011funu, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ki\u015filerin kal\u00e7a ve dizlere monte edilmi\u015f pille \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan motor arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla aya\u011fa kalkmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine ekledi. Rewalk sisteminin hastay\u0131 yaln\u0131zca y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye yarayan bir cihaz de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir rehabilitasyon cihaz\u0131 olarak i\u015flev g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ifade eden I\u015f\u0131klar, \u201cYakla\u015f\u0131k 4 hafta s\u00fcren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z sonras\u0131 deneyimli hekimlerimiz ve fizyoterapistlerimiz taraf\u0131ndan fel\u00e7li, Parkinson, ALS, MS gibi se\u00e7ilmi\u015f hasta gruplar\u0131nda ReWalk cihaz\u0131 tedavi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Bu tedaviler sonucunda \u00e7ok olumlu ve etkileyici sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
