Uluslararas\u0131 Kahve \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019ne g\u00f6re 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00fcresel kahve t\u00fcketimi 90 milyon 60 kiloluk \u00e7uval iken bu oran bu y\u0131l 160 milyon \u00e7uval\u0131 ge\u00e7ece\u011finin tahmin edildi\u011fini belirten Altunsoy, &#8220;D\u00fcnyada sudan sonra en \u00e7ok t\u00fcketilen ikinci i\u00e7ecek olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. Kahvenin k\u0131sa vadede tansiyonu artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konulmu\u015f olsa da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar d\u00fczenli kahve t\u00fcketiminin hipertansiyon riski \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. Yap\u0131lan ba\u015fka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re ise Parkinson hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesinde ya da geciktirilmesinde kahvenin \u00f6nemi vurgulamaktad\u0131r. Kahve t\u00fcketimini g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2-3 fincanla (200-300 mg kafein) s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rarak, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki t\u00fcm olumlu etkilerinden faydalanmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmektedir.
