Obsesif kompulsif bozuklu\u011fun (OKB) iki bile\u015fenli bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu ifade eden Medicana Bursa Hastanesi Uzman Klinik Psikolog Beg\u00fcm Derici \u00dclker,”Tak\u0131nt\u0131, gayri iradi akla gelen tekrarlay\u0131c\u0131, \u0131srarc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, d\u00fcrt\u00fc ve imajlardan olu\u015fur. Bu tak\u0131nt\u0131lar, ki\u015fide s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 olu\u015fturur ve ki\u015fi bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in tak\u0131nt\u0131ya ba\u015fvurur. Ellerini s\u00fcrekli y\u0131kayan biri, mikrobu eve ta\u015f\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131na, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na bula\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n hastal\u0131k kapaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131r. 15 dakika boyunca ellerini y\u0131karsa bu tehlikeyi \u00f6nleyebilece\u011fine inan\u0131r. Burada anahtar nokta ki\u015finin bula\u015ft\u0131rma sorumlulu\u011fu ve \u00f6nleme g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip oldu\u011funa inanmas\u0131d\u0131r.
