Alanya Turistik \u0130\u015fletmeciler Derne\u011fi (ALT\u0130D) \u00fcyelerine SGK taraf\u0131ndan “2019\u2019da \u0130stihdam\u0131n Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131” konulu te\u015fvik ve yasal d\u00fczenlemeleri i\u00e7eren seminer verildi.<\/p>\n

Alanya Turistik \u0130\u015fletmeciler Derne\u011fi (ALT\u0130D) \u00fcyelerine Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK) Alanya Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan \u201c2019\u2019da \u0130stihdam\u0131n Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d konulu seminer verildi. Yasalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde olu\u015fturulan imkanlarla ilgili bilgi veren SGK Alanya Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Muharrem Kaya, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011finde H\u00fck\u00fcmetin \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda istihdam\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ilgili 7166 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunda i\u015fverenlerin daha \u00e7ok istihdam sa\u011flamas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck imkanlar sunuldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n

Bu imkanlar\u0131 ba\u015fta otel i\u015fverenlerinin de\u011ferlendirmesini beklediklerini kaydeden Kaya, personel al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131larak \u00fclke ekonomisine gerekli katk\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflediklerini s\u00f6yledi. Kaya, “Burada yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilgilendirmeden sonra da bu konuda gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclen her bilgiyi talep edilmesi durumunda i\u015fletmecilerimize sunaca\u011f\u0131z. Kurum olarak t\u00fcm \u0130\u015fverenlerimizin 7\/24 hizmetinde oldu\u011fumuzu belirtmek isterim\u201d ifadelerinde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Seminer, soru-cevap \u015feklinde isti\u015fare ile devam etti. ALT\u0130D Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye Otelciler Federasyonu (T\u00dcROFED) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Burhan Sili de, SGK ile s\u00fcrekli isti\u015fare halinde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201c\u00dcye otel i\u015fletmecilerimiz ile devlet kurumlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rerek te\u015fvikler ve yasal d\u00fczenlemeler hakk\u0131nda d\u00fczenli olarak bilgi ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Bu anlamda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan dolay\u0131 SGK yetkililerine, y\u00f6netim kurulum ve \u00fcyelerim ad\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum” dedi.
