Dr. Ali \u015eahabettino\u011flu, ancak bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavisinde yerinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda pop\u00fcleritesi olduk\u00e7a artan pilatesin omurga sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerinden bahseden Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Uz. Dr. Ali \u015eahabettino\u011flu, &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ki\u015filerin kaslar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve omurgay\u0131 rahatlatmak ilk \u00f6nceli\u011fi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Pilates ile do\u011fru bir beden post\u00fcr\u00fc sa\u011flanarak bel ve boyun b\u00f6lgesini a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenmeden,  dengeli ve koordine hareketler ile  g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve esnetmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Omurga \u00e7evresindeki kaslar\u0131 hem g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, hem esnek tutarak, koruyucu ve kal\u0131c\u0131 etkiyi de sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f oluruz. Ancak pilates egzersizlerinin de yanl\u0131\u015f uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yarar yerine zarar verebilece\u011fini unutmamak gerekiyor. \u00d6zellikle bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in pilateste en \u00f6nemli ilke nefes ve konsantrasyondur. Egzersiz yaparken rahat nefes al\u0131p vermeye, nefesi tutmamaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekir. Hareketin hangi a\u015famas\u0131nda nefes al\u0131n\u0131p verilece\u011fi do\u011fru tespit edilmeli ve kar\u0131n i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar verebilece\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Pilates hatal\u0131 uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ki\u015fi bile bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastas\u0131 yapabilir ya da uykuya yatm\u0131\u015f bir bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yeniden harekete ge\u00e7irebilir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczlerce egzersiz hareketi i\u00e7erisinden rastgele hepsini yapmamaya, bele fazla y\u00fck bindirmemeye gayret g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten \u015eahabettino\u011flu, &#8220;Geli\u015fmekte olan bir bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilerletmeyecek en emniyetli hareketleri se\u00e7mek gerekir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara dikkat edilerek g\u00fcvenli bir pilates program\u0131 ancak doktor kontrol\u00fcnde ve i\u015finin uzman\u0131, tecr\u00fcbeli pilates e\u011fitmenleri ile olabilir. Pilates, sadece \u2019Nefes al, nefes ver\u2019 egzersizi de\u011fildir. Gidilecek olan egzersiz salonlar\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca pilatesin bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 primer tedavi edici bir etkisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, sadece bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 doktor taraf\u0131ndan iyile\u015ftirildikten sonra koruyucu ve f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131n tekrar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik bir egzersiz sistemi oldu\u011fu bilinmelidir. Ki\u015finin herhangi bir ortopedik \u015fikayeti varsa mutlaka \u00f6nce doktor kontrol\u00fcnden ge\u00e7melidir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fkas\u0131 i\u00e7in iyi olan bir hareketin di\u011fer bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in uygun olmayabilece\u011fini belirten \u015eahabettino\u011flu, &#8220;Bu sebeple ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f bir egzersiz program\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Egzersizler i\u00e7in fizik tedavi uzman\u0131ndan destek al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.
