Osmangazi Belediyesi, Belediye ve \u00d6zel \u0130dare \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 Birli\u011fi Sendikas\u0131 (Bem-Bir-Sen) ile 2018-2019 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan sosyal denge s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini yeniledi.<\/p>\n

4688 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun G\u00f6revlileri Sendikalar\u0131 ve Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme Kanunu\u2019nun 32\u2019nci maddesi uyar\u0131nca, Osmangazi Belediyesi\u2019nde g\u00f6rev yapan kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren sosyal denge s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, Osmangazi Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa D\u00fcndar ve Bem-Bir-Sen Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Levent Uslu taraf\u0131ndan imzaland\u0131. S\u00f6zle\u015fme d\u00e2hilinde belediyede g\u00f6rev yapan kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n sosyal denge tazminat\u0131 y\u00fczde 100 en y\u00fcksek tavandan uzat\u0131larak, SDS \u00f6demeleri devam edecek.<\/p>\n

\u0130mza t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan Bem-Bir-Sen Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Levent Uslu, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin hay\u0131rlara vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileyerek memurlar ad\u0131na Osmangazi Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa D\u00fcndar\u2019a te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti. Uslu, \u201cBa\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z atm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bu imza ile memurlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda oldu\u011funu tescillemi\u015ftir. Memurlar\u0131m\u0131z da Osmangazi\u2019ye daha iyi hizmet etmek i\u00e7in var g\u00fc\u00e7lerini ortaya koyacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Mustafa D\u00fcndar da, mali disiplini ve kurumsal yap\u0131s\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de en etkin belediye olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak,<\/p>\n

\u201cOsmangazi\u2019mize de\u011fer katan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda personelimizin al\u0131n teri ve eme\u011fi var. Bu al\u0131n terinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da idare olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde veriyoruz. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin memurlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n motivasyonunu artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum. Allah bizlere hay\u0131rl\u0131 hizmetler yapmay\u0131 nasip etsin\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
