Afganistan\u2019\u0131n Herat kentinde meydana gelen sel felaketi sonucu 5 ki\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi, 17 ki\u015fi ise sular\u0131n ortas\u0131nda mahsur kald\u0131. Yerel makamlardan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada felaket sonucu 300 evcil hayvan\u0131n telef oldu\u011fu ve sahadaki kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fi bilgisi payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fal Afetlere Kar\u015f\u0131 M\u00fccadele Kurumu ise ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz hafta 13 kentte ya\u015fanan sel felaketinde 108 ki\u015finin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, 3 bin 500 evin y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bine yak\u0131n evin ise hasar g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc duyurdu.
