\u0130stanbul\u2019dan “Halk Uber \u0130stiyor” slogan\u0131yla yolan \u00e7\u0131kan UBER s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri, sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirmek ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri i\u00e7in Ankara\u2019ya konvoyla gelmek istedi. S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler Ankara Ak\u0131nc\u0131 gi\u015felerine yak\u0131n bir noktada durduruldu. Y\u00fczlerce UBER s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 eyleme, kendilerinin yan\u0131nda destek olmak i\u00e7in aileleri de kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Eylemle ilgili bilgi veren UBER s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinden Metin Kaya, “Sosyal medyalardan sesimizi duyurmak istedik, ama devlet b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimiz sesimizi duymad\u0131. 4 y\u0131ld\u0131r UBER tam anlam\u0131yla faaliyette b\u00fct\u00fcn izin belgelerimiz tam oldu\u011fu halde mevzuata uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gerek\u00e7esiyle hep \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze bir set kuruldu. Devletin istediklerini tam bir \u015fekilde yerine getirdik” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

“E faturaya ge\u00e7i\u015fimizi istediler ge\u00e7i\u015fimizi de yapt\u0131k ve tam vergimizi de veriyoruz, hem yolcu hem giderlerimizi, devletimize tam g\u00f6steriyoruz” diyen Kaya s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n

“\u0130stanbul\u2019daki ula\u015f\u0131m tekelle\u015fmi\u015f durumda, halkta tekelle\u015fen taksiye g\u00fcven duymuyor. UBER y\u0131llard\u0131r d\u00fcnyada, bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkede faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor ve g\u00fcven kayna\u011f\u0131 oluyor. Hatta baz\u0131 kaynaklardan istanbula al\u0131nmayaca\u011f\u0131z do\u011frultusun da haberler geliyor. Biz hakk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 istiyoruz ve ma\u011fduruz. Buradaki bir\u00e7ok insan y\u00fczde y\u00fcz kredi \u00e7ekti ve inan\u0131lmaz borca saplanm\u0131\u015f durumda, ailelerimize bak\u0131yoruz ve devletimizden yard\u0131m bekliyoruz.”<\/p>\n

UBER sisteminin nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve nas\u0131l i\u015fledi\u011fini anlatan Fethi Kaya, “Yolcular\u0131m\u0131z bu UBER sistemi \u00fczerinden ara\u00e7 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 zaman, otomatik olarak tu\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 zaman biz \u015fof\u00f6r arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z olarak net konuma geliyoruz. Yolcu bizi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman \u00fccretinin ne kadar tutaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 nereye gidecek, hi\u00e7 bizimle muhatap olmas\u0131na gerek kalm\u0131yor, gidece\u011fi yer ve \u00fccreti nettir.Yolculuk esnas\u0131nda uyumu\u015f olsa bile biz konum olarak gidece\u011fi yere kadar g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Gidece\u011fi yere ka\u00e7 dakikada ne kadar s\u00fcrede hangi yolda gidece\u011fini kendisi de birebir telefonda g\u00f6rebiliyor” diyerek sistem hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n

Yolculuk bitiminde puanlama sisteminin oldu\u011funu anlatan Kaya, “Yolculuk sonunda biz yolcuya, yolcu bize puan vermek zorunda, puanlama sistemi var 1 ile 5 aras\u0131nda yolcu ne kadar memnun kald\u0131ysa, ona g\u00f6re puan veriyor, \u00fcstelik bizde onlara puan veriyoruz. Sistemde foto\u011fraflar\u0131m\u0131z var ve yorumda yap\u0131yorlar bizim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her \u015fey kay\u0131t alt\u0131nda,yolculuk sonunda da yolcular\u0131m\u0131za e fatura sistemiyle e mailine gidiyor” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.
