\u00dcnl\u00fc \u015fefler ile bir araya gelen Do\u011fu\u015f \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011frencileri gastronomiye dair her \u015feyi konu\u015ftu. T\u00fcrk ve yabanc\u0131 mutfaklar\u0131n konu\u015fuldu\u011fu konferansta \u015fefler tecr\u00fcbelerini ve deneyimlerini payla\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6ren konferansta \u015fefler, \u00f6\u011frencilere yemek s\u0131rlar\u0131 da verdi.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fu\u015f \u00dcniversitesi Ac\u0131badem kamp\u00fcs\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen konferansa, liselerden ve bir\u00e7ok \u00fcniversiteden kat\u0131l\u0131m oldu. \u015eef Mehmet Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya, Yiyecek Uzman\u0131 Ya\u011f\u0131z \u0130zg\u00fcl, \u015eef kemal Can Yurtta\u015f, \u015eef Rafet \u0130nce, \u015eef \u00d6zlem Mekik ve \u015eef \u0130smet Saz\u2019\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenciler sekt\u00f6re dair ak\u0131llar\u0131ndaki her sorunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Gen\u00e7 \u015fef adaylar\u0131n\u0131n, alanlar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve tecr\u00fcbeli \u015feflerle bulu\u015ftu\u011funu, ak\u0131llar\u0131ndaki soru ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bir etkinlik oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Do\u011fu\u015f \u00dcniversitesi Gastronomi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 2\u2019nci s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi ayn\u0131 zamanda Gastrosanat Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ard\u0131l Can \u015eahin, “Bizler bu organizasyonu buraya gelen \u015feflerin tecr\u00fcbelerinden, projelerinden faydalanabilmek; onlar\u0131n tavsiyelerini ve ge\u00e7tikleri yollar\u0131 dinleyebilmek i\u00e7in d\u00fczenledik. Liselerden ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 \u00fcniversiteden kat\u0131l\u0131m ald\u0131k. Bu alanda say\u0131l\u0131 yap\u0131lan organizasyonlardan biriyiz ve bundan dolay\u0131 mutluyuz. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir ekip kurduk, \u00e7ok u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131k son dakika geli\u015fmelerimiz oldu \u00e7ok yorulduk ama sonunda bug\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturduk” dedi.<\/p>\n

Kul\u00fcplerinin bir\u00e7ok etkinli\u011fi oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u015eahin, “Ge\u00e7en ay ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ve devam\u0131n\u0131 da getirece\u011fimiz Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka projemiz var. Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka\u2019ya gittik ve oradaki kimsesiz \u00e7ocuklar ile yemek yapt\u0131k. L\u00d6SEV\u2019e gidece\u011fiz planlar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda bu da var. Tad\u0131m etkinliklerimiz oluyor. Gastronomi \u015fehirlerine gidiyoruz, teknik geziler yap\u0131yoruz” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fu\u015f \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011frencileri ile bir araya geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in mutlu oldu\u011funu, bilgi ve deneyimlerini payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u015eef Mehmet Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya, “Yerel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizi modern tarzda sunarak, orijinal haline dokunmadan d\u00fcnya gastronomisinde yer almas\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015ftuk. Bununla beraber \u00fclkemiz malzemelerini yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u015fefler ve \u015firketler taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131p \u00fclke ekonomimize katk\u0131da bulunmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini anlatt\u0131m. Devam\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin kariyer planlamalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda notlar verdim” dedi.<\/p>\n

\u015eef olmak isteyen gen\u00e7lere bir de tavsiyelerde bulunan Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya, “\u015eef olmak isteyen gen\u00e7lerin \u00f6ncelikle iyi bir e\u011fitim almalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini tan\u0131malar\u0131 \u015fart. Yerel mutfa\u011f\u0131, yerel malzemeleri tan\u0131malar\u0131 gerekiyor. \u0130yi bir yerde staj yapmalar\u0131 laz\u0131m. En \u00f6nemli noktalardan biri de yabanc\u0131 dil bilmeleri. D\u00fcnyaya kendimizi anlatabilmemiz i\u00e7in ve d\u00fcnya gastronomisinde yer alabilmemiz i\u00e7in bu gerekli. Ar-Ge yapmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Bol bol ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirmeleri gerekiyor. Bu temel \u015fartlara bir de vizyon ve liderlik eklendi\u011finde ortaya iyi bir \u015fef \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r” diyerek konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sonland\u0131rd\u0131.
