Ayr\u0131ca soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda bir ki\u015fiye “kullanmak i\u00e7in uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde sat\u0131n almak, kabul etmek, bulundurmak ve kullanmak” su\u00e7undan cezai i\u015flem uygulan\u0131rken, iki ki\u015fi hakk\u0131nda da “uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde imal ve ticareti” su\u00e7undan i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131.
