V\u00fccudun b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi, yenilenmesi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan enerji ve g\u0131dalar\u0131n her birinin yeterli miktarda al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve v\u00fccutta uygun \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n dengeli beslenmeyi sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan Veysel Ci\u011ferli, \u201cD\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc, obeziteyi sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bozacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde v\u00fccutta anormal ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f birikmesi olarak tarif ediyor. Obeziteyi art\u0131ran sebeplere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda fast-food ve benzeri haz\u0131r yiyeceklerin t\u00fcketiminde art\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, y\u00fcksek enerjili i\u00e7ecek t\u00fcketiminin fazla olmas\u0131, porsiyonlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi, sebze-meyve t\u00fcketiminin azalmas\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131mda ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, fiziksel aktivite yapmaya uygun olmayan \u00e7evre ve obezite genlerinin etkisi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Tedavi plan\u0131nda ise egzersiz, diyet, davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, ila\u00e7 tedavisi ve cerrahi tedavi a\u015famalar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyen Ci\u011ferli, yeterli ve dengeli beslenme i\u00e7in \u015fu tavsiyelerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Et, yumurta ve kuru baklagiller grubunda g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2-3 porsiyon t\u00fcketilmeli. Buradaki bir porsiyondan kas\u0131t ise 2-3 k\u00f6fte kadar et, tavuk, bal\u0131k, 2 yumurta ve 1 tabak kuru baklagiller yeme\u011fidir. S\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde g\u00fcnl\u00fck 200 cc s\u00fct veya yo\u011furt, 50-60 gram peynir \u00f6neriyoruz. En az 5 porsiyon taze sebze-meyve t\u00fcketilmeli. Tah\u0131l grubunda da g\u00fcnl\u00fck t\u00fcketilmesi gereken miktar 6-9 porsiyon aras\u0131d\u0131r. Burada 1 porsiyon; 1 orta dilim ekmek, 4 yemek ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 pilav\/makarnaya denk gelmektedir. 10 ad\u0131mda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi de \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetleyebiliriz: Kahvalt\u0131 yap\u0131n. Ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnleri atlamay\u0131n. Porsiyon kontrol\u00fcne dikkat edin. G\u00fcnde ortalama 2-2,5 litre su t\u00fcketin. Paketli \u00fcr\u00fcnleri hayat\u0131n\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n. Fast-food t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131n. Her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde et, s\u00fct, sebze-meyve ve ekmek-tah\u0131l grubundan yeterli ve dengeli bir \u015fekilde t\u00fcketmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. Posadan y\u00fcksek g\u0131dalar\u0131n tercih edin. D\u00fczenli hareket edin.
