Soner O. ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc \u00fcyesi olmak ve \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn gizli ileti\u015fim a\u011f\u0131 olan ByLock\u2019u kullanmak su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131. Soner O. bir s\u00fcre tutuklu yarg\u0131land\u0131ktan sonra tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanmak \u00fczere serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada 6 y\u0131l 3 ay hapis cezas\u0131 ald\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca meslekten de ihra\u00e7 edildi. Hapis cezas\u0131 kesinle\u015fen Soner O.nun aranmas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ancak Soner O. Kayseri\u2019den Adana\u2019ya gelerek burada Suriyelilerin yo\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede Suriyeli gibi ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Kendisine de H\u00fcnkar K. ismine bir sahte kimlik yapt\u0131ran Soner O. yakalanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc. Adana Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Yabanc\u0131lar \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri Soner O.\u2019nun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahallede yabanc\u0131lara y\u00f6nelik uygulama ba\u015flatt\u0131. Bu uygulama s\u0131ras\u0131nda polisler, yabanc\u0131 uyruklu \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n kimliklerin tek tek sorgulad\u0131. Bu arada polis Soner O.\u2019yu da durdurarak kimlik sordu. Soner O., H\u00fcnkar K. ad\u0131na d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f sahte kimli\u011fi polise verdi. Polis kimli\u011fi kontrol ederken \u00e7ok yeni oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u015f\u00fcphelenip &#8220;bu kimlik sahte&#8221; deyince Soner O. ka\u00e7maya ba\u015flad\u0131. Polis de Soner O.\u2019nun arkas\u0131ndan ko\u015farak kovalad\u0131. K\u0131sa s\u00fcren kovalama sonras\u0131 Soner O. ara sokaklarda yakaland\u0131.
