1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda Van\u2019\u0131n \u00c7atak il\u00e7esinde \u015fehit olan Uzman \u00c7avu\u015f Hac\u0131 Mustafa Aki\u2019nin annesi Elife Aki, o\u011flunun kendisine ba\u011flanan \u015fehit ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biriktirerek Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n And\u0131r\u0131n il\u00e7esi Savrung\u00f6z\u00fc mevkisine ev yapt\u0131rd\u0131. K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda kar kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yer yer 2-3 metre oldu\u011fu Savrung\u00f6z\u00fcnde elektrik verilmemesine ra\u011fmen 20 Mart g\u00fcn\u00fc elektrikler a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Ana elektrik hatt\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131mlar \u015fehit annesi Elife Aki\u2019ye ait evde yang\u0131na neden oldu. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede t\u00fcm eve s\u0131\u00e7rayan yang\u0131n sonucunda ev ve evde bulunan t\u00fcm e\u015fyalar yand\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 bin TL zarar\u0131n oldu\u011fu evde elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi yetkilileri \u00f6nce yang\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve zarar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmelerine ra\u011fmen daha sonra zarar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmayaca\u011f\u0131na dair Elife Aki\u2019ye tebligat g\u00f6nderdiler.<\/p>\n
