TED Ankara Koleji \u2018Bilim \u0130nsan\u0131 Yeti\u015ftirme Program\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren 11. s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi Tan El\u00e7in, biyoyaz\u0131c\u0131da l\u00fcleta\u015f\u0131, yumurta kabu\u011fu, jelatin biyokompoziti ve k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler ile yapay kemik dokusu \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Proje ile 50. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Lise \u00d6\u011frencileri Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projeleri Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na kat\u0131larak biyoloji dal\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye birincisi olan Tan El\u00e7in\u2019e T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n \u2018Y\u0131l\u0131n Gen\u00e7 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131s\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019 verildi.<\/p>\n

Tan El\u00e7in, biyoloji dal\u0131nda birincilik \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc getiren ve d\u00fcnyada bir ilk olan projesi hakk\u0131nda, \u201cProjemde 3 boyutlu biyoyaz\u0131c\u0131 kullanarak yumurta kabu\u011fu, l\u00fcle ta\u015f\u0131, kemik mizenkimal k\u00f6k h\u00fccresi ve de jelatin biyokompozifi kullanarak yapay kemik dokular\u0131 \u00fcrettim. \u00d6zellikle bu yapay kemik dokular\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r kemik hasarlar\u0131, iyile\u015fmeyen kemik hasarlar\u0131nda t\u0131bbi bir a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m, bir geli\u015fme olabilir. Bu projede \u00f6zellikle \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, at\u0131klar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi gibi konularda \u00f6zellikle \u00e7aba saffettim. Ve gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik, yapay organ teknolojisine y\u00f6nelik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olarak T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019a projemi sundum\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
