Osmangazi Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa D\u00fcndar, in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yeni imara a\u00e7\u0131lacak b\u00f6lgeleri beklemek yerine Bursa\u2019n\u0131n merkezini hedef almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Bursa Yap\u0131 Fuar\u0131 ve Rising City Bursa Gayrimenkul Fuar\u0131, Bursa Uluslararas\u0131 Fuar ve Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde ziyarete a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6nemli projelerin g\u00f6r\u00fcc\u00fcye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 fuarda, Osmangazi Belediyesi de kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleriyle yerini ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Osmangazi Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa D\u00fcndar, bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r\u00fc yak\u0131ndan ilgilendiren Bursa Yap\u0131 ve Rising City Gayrimenkul Fuarlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi. Belediye olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten D\u00fcndar, \u201cHayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerimiz ve tarihi dokunun aya\u011fa kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zla biz de bu i\u015fin i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131yoruz. Kamunun burada yer almas\u0131, \u00f6nc\u00fc bir ad\u0131m olmal\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn gelmesi gerekir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Bursa\u2019da in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn genelde yeni imara a\u00e7\u0131lan b\u00f6lgeleri tercih etti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken D\u00fcndar, \u201cOsmangazi\u2019de \u00f6zellikle Hamitler, G\u00fcne\u015ftepe, Yunuseli, Panay\u0131r, Demirta\u015f gibi b\u00f6lgelerin art\u0131k doldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bana g\u00f6re, \u015fehir merkezini hedef almam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Yeni imara a\u00e7\u0131lacak yerleri beklemek yerine, kent merkezi hedef al\u0131nmal\u0131. Buralar\u0131 hedef al\u0131rsan\u0131z, Bursa kazan\u0131r. S\u0131caksu, K\u00fck\u00fcrtl\u00fc ve \u00c7ar\u015famba b\u00f6lgesinde yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara belediye olarak \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck yapar\u0131z. \u015eehirdeki t\u0131kanmay\u0131 a\u00e7mak ad\u0131na \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r ve kamu olarak birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edece\u011fiz. Bunun ilk ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 biz So\u011fanl\u0131\u2019da att\u0131k. Yeni bir vizyonla \u00f6rnek bir \u015fehircilik ortaya koyduk. Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn de katk\u0131s\u0131yla buralar\u0131n daha da geli\u015fece\u011fini \u00fcmit ediyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Yeni yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fehre bir vizyon katmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade eden D\u00fcndar, \u201c\u0130htiya\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelik cazip projeler ortaya koyarsak, bu i\u015fin geli\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Yeni d\u00f6nemde Osmangazi Meydan\u0131 ile Bursa\u2019n\u0131n merkezinde heyecan verecek bir projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Panorama 1326 Bursa Fetih M\u00fczesi\u2019nde ya\u015fanan etkiyi, Osmangazi Meydan\u0131 ve Hisari\u00e7i projelerimizde de g\u00f6rece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.
