Sigara ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l halk sa\u011fl\u0131na ciddi zararlar verirken bir\u00e7ok insan\u0131n da \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sebebiyet veriyor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan Sigaray\u0131 B\u0131rakma G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak belirlenen 9 \u015eubat dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130zmir Bak\u0131r\u00e7ay \u00dcniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesinde Psikoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc akademisyenlerinden Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Tu\u011fba Y\u0131lmaz, sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmak isteyenlere destek olmak amac\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi baz\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 olabilece\u011fini ifade eden Y\u0131lmaz, \u201c\u00c7evremizdeki insanlara, olaylara, nesnelere bir tak\u0131m ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar geli\u015ftirmemiz anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir durumdur. Ancak ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z bize zarar veren t\u00fcrden ba\u011flardan olu\u015fuyorsa bu durum ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131ktan ziyade ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k haline gelmi\u015f olabilir. Bir ba\u011f\u0131n zararl\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in onun yoksunluk ve tolerans (dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k) denilen iki \u00f6zelli\u011finin olmas\u0131 gerekir. Yoksunluk, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olunan nesnenin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ki\u015filerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fizyolojik ve psikolojik rahats\u0131zl\u0131k halidir. Sigara ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu ellerde titreme, gerginlik hali, sinirlilik hali ve ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi olabilir. Tolerans ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olunan maddenin etkisini hissedebilmek i\u00e7in gittik\u00e7e daha fazla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle gerek 9 \u015eubat gerekse herhangi bir g\u00fcn sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131raksan\u0131z ve bunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamazsan\u0131z, kendinizi bir daha denemekten al\u0131koymamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.
