Sivas\u2019\u0131n Zara il\u00e7esi Y\u0131k\u0131lgan k\u00f6y\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki hektarlarca alan dere gibi akarken, hasar g\u00f6ren k\u00f6y yollar\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n

Sivas\u2019\u0131n Zara il\u00e7esine uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 49 kilometre olan Y\u0131k\u0131lgan k\u00f6y\u00fc yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda olu\u015fan toprak kaymas\u0131 k\u00f6y sakinlerini endi\u015felendiriyor. Y\u0131k\u0131lgan k\u00f6y\u00fcne yak\u0131n bir noktada hektarlarca alan dere gibi akarak Y\u0131k\u0131lgan k\u00f6y\u00fc ve kom\u015fu \u00fc\u00e7 k\u00f6y\u00fcn yollar\u0131na hasar verdi.<\/p>\n

\u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130daresi ekipleri kapanan yolu a\u00e7sa durmayan toprak kaymas\u0131 onar\u0131lan yollar\u0131n yeniden kullan\u0131lmaz hale gelmesine neden oluyor. Heyelan ilan edilen alanda yap\u0131lan incelemeler sonras\u0131 k\u00f6yl\u00fclere verilen bilgilerde, kayan toprak k\u00fctlesinin su \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve heyelan\u0131n bu nedenle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi belirtildi. K\u00f6y sakinleri heyelan\u0131n s\u00fcrekli devam etti\u011fini, hasta oldu\u011fu zaman yolun kapanmas\u0131 nedeniyle s\u00fcrekli s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdiler.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131k\u0131lgan K\u00f6y\u00fc muhtar\u0131 Davut Hatip, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kar ve ya\u011fmur ya\u011fd\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan da\u011f\u0131n kayd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cHastam\u0131z oluyor yoldan araba \u00e7\u0131km\u0131yor, zor \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
