Hipofiz adenomu genellikle iyi huylu bir t\u00fcm\u00f6rd\u00fcr. \u0130kinci s\u0131kl\u0131kla b\u00f6brek \u00fcst\u00fc bezinde uygunsuz fazla kortizol hormonu salg\u0131layan s\u00fcrrenal adenoma ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da genellikle iyi huylu bir t\u00fcm\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Ayr\u0131ca bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerden ba\u015fka daha nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen sebepleri de vard\u0131r.
