T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi ve Koordinasyon Ajans\u0131 (T\u0130KA), Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n en \u00f6nemli tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel an\u0131tlar\u0131ndan olan B\u00fcy\u00fck Merdekan Kalesi ve Tuba \u015eah Mescidi\u2019nin restorasyonunu yapacak.<\/p>\n

D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde tarihi miras\u0131n korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik restorasyon projeleri y\u00fcr\u00fcten T\u0130KA, Azerbaycan\u2019da somut k\u00fclt\u00fcrel varl\u0131klar\u0131n ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in Bak\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Merdekan Kasabas\u0131\u2019nda 13.-14. y\u00fczy\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan B\u00fcy\u00fck Merdekan Kalesi ve kalenin hemen yan\u0131nda bulunan 1492-1493 y\u0131llar\u0131nda in\u015fa edilmi\u015f Tuba \u015eah Mescidi\u2019nin restorasyonunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek.<\/p>\n

T\u0130KA taraf\u0131ndan restore edilecek, B\u00fcy\u00fck Merdekan Kalesi, Bak\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ayn\u0131 isimli kasabas\u0131nda bulunuyor. Bilimsel kaynaklarda, kalenin Hazar Denizi\u2019nden gelen sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 savunma ama\u00e7l\u0131 (istihk\u00e2m) olarak \u015eirvan\u015fahlar d\u00f6neminde 13.-14. y\u00fczy\u0131llarda yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. D\u00f6rt k\u00f6\u015feli bir mimariye sahip, 22 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011findeki kale surlarla \u00e7evrili olup, i\u00e7ten be\u015f katl\u0131 yap\u0131 olarak in\u015fa edildi.<\/p>\n

Restorasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in T\u0130KA ve Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti K\u00fclt\u00fcr Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Miras\u0131n Korunmas\u0131, Geli\u015ftirilmesi ve Restorasyonu Devlet Hizmeti aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak i\u015fbirli\u011fine dair protokol imzaland\u0131. 18 Nisan 2019 tarihinde Uluslararas\u0131 An\u0131tlar ve Sitler (Tarihi Mekanlar) G\u00fcn\u00fc m\u00fcnasebetiyle imza t\u00f6reni ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n tarihi kale ve yap\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cTa\u015f Bek\u00e7iler\u201d isimli kitab\u0131n da tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fclkede tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n korunmas\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bilim adam\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 ve uzmanlar\u0131n \u00f6d\u00fcllendirildi\u011fi, geni\u015f ve se\u00e7kin bir kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n oldu\u011fu t\u00f6rende T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Bak\u00fc B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi Erkan \u00d6zoral ve Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti K\u00fclt\u00fcr Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Vagif Aliyev konu\u015fma yapt\u0131.
