Bal\u0131k grubundan sardalya, somon, ton gibi gri eti ve ya\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek bal\u0131klar; \u0131spanak, enginar, ye\u015fil ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 biber, bamya, br\u00fcksel lahanas\u0131, brokoli, domates gibi sebzeler; muz, kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm, portakal ve greyfurt gibi meyveleri dengeli ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck besin ihtiyac\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re t\u00fcketmek sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir kemik geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla beraber kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6nde etkileyecek durumlardan da ka\u00e7\u0131nmam\u0131z gerekir. Yayg\u0131n olarak bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere sigara kemik kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren, kemik yo\u011funlu\u011funu azaltan ve k\u0131r\u0131k riskini artt\u0131ran bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131kt\u0131r.
