Bunun sonucunda a\u00e7\u0131k ameliyata g\u00f6re a\u011fr\u0131 daha az olur, ciltte iz olmaz, f\u0131t\u0131k ve enfeksiyon riski olmaz. Ayr\u0131ca, hastanede yat\u0131\u015f s\u00fcresi ve i\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi daha k\u0131sad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle obez hastalarda kar\u0131na girmeden, laparoskopide tecr\u00fcbeli cerrahi ekip taraf\u0131ndan daha kolayl\u0131kla y\u00f6netilebilir. Laparoskopik kolon ameliyat\u0131n\u0131 rutin olarak yap\u0131yorduk ve \u015fu ana kadar 100\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 cerrahi operasyonlar yapt\u0131k. \u015eimdi de NOTES y\u00f6ntemini uygulamaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u0130lk uygulamam\u0131z son derece ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu.
