T\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezleri Federasyonu ve Lyon\u2019daki T\u00fcrk derneklerinin te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fcyle bu y\u0131l dokuzuncusu d\u00fczenlenen ve Bursa Mehter Tak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da i\u015ftirak etti\u011fi festival d\u00f6rt g\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fc. T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc birinci elden tan\u0131tmak ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleraras\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fc kurmak i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen festival, mehter tak\u0131m\u0131 konseriyle ba\u015flad\u0131.
