Normal resim modelinden farkl\u0131 olarak kalem ve ya\u011fl\u0131 boya kullanmadan resim yapan M\u00fckerrem Turhan, eserlerini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sergilerde te\u015fhir etti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok vilayetinde resim \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi yapan M\u00fckerrem Turhan, 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli oldu. Daha sonra yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 resimleri farkl\u0131 bir metotta nas\u0131l yapabilirim diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ressam, boyanm\u0131\u015f koyun y\u00fcnlerinden resim yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu \u015fekilde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ger\u00e7ek ya\u011fl\u0131 boya resimlerinden ay\u0131rt edilemeyen resimler g\u00f6renler taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok be\u011fenildi. \u015eimdiye kadar 300 kadar resim yapan usta ressam, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede sergi a\u00e7t\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin farkl\u0131 illerinde 20 y\u0131l \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapt\u0131ktan sonra emekli oldu\u011funu ifade eden M\u00fckerrem Turhan, “Emekli olunca sanatla ilgilenmem gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcm. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m bu sanat\u0131n ya\u011fl\u0131 boya sanat\u0131 olmamas\u0131n\u0131 istedim. Ninelerimizin k\u00f6yde b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kuzular\u0131n y\u00fcnlerinden resim yapmaya karar verdim. Bu kuzulardan \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00f6k boyayla boyanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fcnlerden resim yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Y\u00fcnlerden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m resim sergime gelen ziyaret\u00e7iler bu eserleri ya\u011fl\u0131 boyayla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 zannetti. Bu resimleri 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 300 sergi a\u00e7t\u0131m. Ben T\u00fcrk kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n portrelerini yapmay\u0131 seviyorum. Normal bir tabloyu 1 haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonunda yapt\u0131m.
